Complaint from Vikram Raju Houston, TXover 3 years agoI called the staff at the front desk to ask if they serve a certain brand of beer that is listed on the restaurant's online beer menu today. The staff who responded was a male and got severely offended; used abusive foul language with words such "A**HOLE and slammed the phone with no courtesy or values of customer service. Staff is unprofessional and has no ethics of customer service industry !!!!
